Permits for corporate events
Inside a licensed hotel or event venue, the venue's licence usually covers the DJ. Outdoor events, public spaces, mall activations and events open to the public usually need an entertainment permit from Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). In Abu Dhabi the approval comes from DCT Abu Dhabi. Check this before you finalise the date.
